Exchange and Return Policy

At Preciseroom, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Eligible reasons for exchange:

  • Defective items: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects.
  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect item received: If you received the wrong product.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email our Customer Service team at info@preciseroom.com or call us at (551) 216-7221 within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defect or damage.
  2. Return authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the item: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
  4. Inspection and exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will process the exchange and ship a replacement item to you as soon as possible.

Returns

We accept returns for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Buyer’s remorse (Unwanted items): You may return items within 7 calendar days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Defective or damaged items (unresolved exchange): If an exchange for a defective or damaged item is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

To initiate a return for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email our Customer Service team at info@preciseroom.com or call us at (551) 216-7221 within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the item: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
  4. Inspection and refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, we will process your refund within 5 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

  • Exchanges: We will cover the shipping costs for sending a replacement item for exchanges due to defective or damaged items, or incorrect shipments.
  • Returns: For returns due to buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

  • All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the returned item does not comply with our policy.
  • For exchanges, we will do our best to provide a direct replacement. If the original item is no longer available, we will offer a similar replacement of equal value or issue a refund.
  • Promotional items and gifts are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless defective.
